Good morning,
We had this as an intermittent problem with our system over the past year and
a half - a customer would complain that they typed in their information and
got someone totally different. This happened not only inside our various
locations but also remotely.
However, since we upgraded to Silver, I have not had any more reports of this
behavior. It could be that the problem was solved? Or it could be just that
no one has complained?
We had a call open with III but since the behavior could not be re-created,
it was quite difficult to isolate. Sorry - I have no help for you but at
least you know that you are not the only site that has this weird problem.

Hello All:)
We went off of Oracle and on to III's DB.
As many of you remember, we were having some issues with instability- one
problem where the patron logs in with his or her card number and PIN number
and sees someone elses account- sadly has not gone away.
Has anyone else had this issue- this has happened twice over the weekend- and
of course once is too many- but if any of you have any help you can give me
with this issue- I would be **very very** grateful.
Thanks:)
Lisa
