Good Morning: We've had reports from patrons using a high-speed "cable Internet" provider who have had this problem. We suspect it has to do with their "proxy" setup... We suggested that they contact their internet provider. We also have another issue. Patrons using Web OPAC in the Library can hit the "back" button and see the previous patron's search with the message "You are logged in as Joe Smith (eg)". I've got an open call with III re: this issue, since we have no way of forcing the browser to close when the patron logs out of their account... You may want to report your problem to III as well, just in case it is NOT anything to do with the IP! Keep us posted! Thanks and kind regards, Eeva

Hello All:)
We went off of Oracle and on to III's DB.

As many of you remember, we were having some issues with instability- one problem where the patron logs in with his or her card number and PIN number and sees someone elses account- sadly has not gone away.

Has anyone else had this issue- this has happened twice over the weekend- and of course once is too many- but if any of you have any help you can give me with this issue- I would be **very very** grateful.
Thanks:)
Lisa
