Stephen,
There are a couple of ways you can suppress the order record from display.
The first one is changing the BCODE3 field in your bibliographic record to
"c" - SUPPRESS ORDR. We use this quite often, especially when orders have
been cancelled due to being Out of Print. The other is the wwwoption of
SHOWOREC, as Cindy has stated in her e-mail. Best of luck!

Subject: Order records in catalog
Hi:
We're experiencing display problems in the test port, which we do not
want to appear when we make it our live catalog. When accessing the full
bibliographic record for a title, it seems that the order record is
still attached. As an example the title 102 minutes : the untold story
of the fight to survive inside the Twin Towers / Jim Dwyer and Kevin
Flynn contains this order record information: 3 copies being processed
for GRW. 1 copy being processed for BYR. 1 copy being processed for COS.
4 copies being processed for GRW. 1 copy being processed for BYR. 1 copy
being processed for COS underneath the holdings information. Does
anyone know why this is happening and how we can make it stop?
Please reply directly, if possible.
