Proxy rewrite and Novell DNS wildcard entry

Hello all,

I am trying to setup WAM for our library.  I was told by my network consultant that our internal DNS (NOVELL DNS) will not handle wildcard entries.  III HelpDesk suggests setting up separate web pages for in-library access and remote access. This will not be my first choice.  

After searching the archive, I came across one posting in January 2003 but see no response to the question.  If you have Novell DNS, I would be interested to hear about how you setup your WAM with Proxy rewrite method.  If you have chosen a different route, I would be interested to hear that as well.
