We have been using Ecommerce for about 13 months.  Usage is good and
continues to get better.  

Stats for the last 13 months:  3,694 transactions totaling $44,182.09.
Roughly 25% of fine revenue is collected with Ecommerce.  For 2004,
total fine revenue was up 6%.  

Largest fine paid:  $167.87
Smallest Fine paid:  $2.00

So, yes it is used, and I couldn't imagine life without it!
