You can create a list of bib records in Millennium whereby the Bibliographic Location does not equal (!=) multi. (Both multi and none show up on the list of locations).
This should give you what you are looking for without having to search for each one. You could then sort the review file and it will clean it up for you. What I have been doing, when running these types of searches is to immediately go into Milstats and get a Field Statistics Report for these review files to get counts at each location. This will also tell you quickly (when you look at the locations) if any are entered incorrectly.
I do not think multi and none have always been there, but maybe I am wrong. I think this will do the trick.
