Hypenated Patron Names

Hi Everyone,

Does anyone know how to enter hypenated patron names so the hypenated name 
appears at the end of the list of names?  For example, If the patron's name 
is Mary Smith-Jones, her name appears between John Smith and Kevin Smith, 
basically treating Jones as Mary's first name.  We have played around with 
this for a while and still no luck.  Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
