We have had the same problem in the CLAMS library network.  In our case it 
seems to be printers that have a USB connection.  They are able to print out 
standard things in Millenium, such as patron records, item records, etc., 
but cannot print notices (Overdues, etc.).  One printer is an HP Laserjet 
1000, another is an Epson Stylus Photo 820.  They have the same experience 
whether using a Windows 2000 or Windows XP computer.  We have tried updating 
drivers and changing settings in Millennium, but so far nothing has helped. 
We have also logged this with the Help Desk, to no avail.  Since we have not 
seen this issue with any of the parallel printers, we felt it might be due 
to the USB connection.
