Yes, it did happened to us. It took me over one week to convince them that this was their problem. Please contact Tracy T. from Wilson techsupport and ask her to add all your possible IP addresses ( for some reason our library home page IP dissapeared from their system, they only had our catalog IP listed. The best way is to test it while you have them on the phone. Good Luck:)

Have anyone else's WilsonWeb database links (using proxy rewrite) suddenly stopped working? We get to the "Initializing..." screen of any Wilson database, but that's it - that screen never goes away. Nothing has changed in our proxy table entry (which always worked previously) and there is nothing wrong with the WilsonWeb url (I can delete the proxy info from the url and it works fine.) I can get to other databases w/ embedded proxy info with no problem, so our proxy server is working. If anyone else is having problems, or knows of a fix, please let me know.
Here's an example url: http://0-vnweb.hwwilsonweb.com.sophia.agnesscott.edu/hww/jumpstart.jhtml?prod=ARTR,ARTAB
and here's the url without the proxy info: http://vnweb.hwwilsonweb.com/hww/jumpstart.jhtml?prod=ARTR,ARTAB
and here's our proxy table entry: *.hwwilsonweb.com (and now I've also entered vnweb.hwwilsonweb.com, to no avail.)
(And, for the record, we have just recently upgraded to Silver 1.1.)
