Janet,

Depending on how many modules you have (we have them all) we were down 
from 8am thru noon.  Then tested all modules for a few hours and were 
back up somewhere around 3pm. 

When you come back up there are several new  authorizations that you'll 
need to add to logins, so you may want to do that before you announce 
you are back up.
