new millennium user

Our library is new to III's Millennium and we are working on our
Acquisitions procedures.  Our materials vendor is Baker and Taylor.  I am
looking for a "cheat sheet" that will help us create a purchase order, i.e.
step one go into "Orders", step two search for the title, etc.  If your
library has something similar, please reply with a copy.
