Lisa,

Are you getting the error when trying to use the 'Get FTS' (FTP) function to
download records from a vendor, or at another point? I got so frustrated
with the general uselessness of 'Get FTS' that I just started using
FileZilla to FTP records to my PC, then using 'Get PC' to upload them to the
III box.
Anyway, if that's the problem you were having, you can add me to the list.

We were having an issue with Data Exchange (unable to access the remote
directory) in Millennium and opened a call to III.  Tech support
eventually identified the problem as being software-based, and forwarded
the help request to "software engineering."  Apparently, Software
Engineering says that priority for issues like this depends on how many
libraries are affected.  We are therefore wondering if anyone else has
had a similar problem.
