Lisa: Does their "priority" policy make sense to you.? It does not
make sense to me. We pay a hefty annual maintainence fee, so it seems
to me that their policy of waiting to solve the problem until other
libraries have this problem is unreasonable.

Hello,

We were having an issue with Data Exchange (unable to access the
remote
directory) in Millennium and opened a call to III. Tech support
eventually identified the problem as being software-based, and
forwarded
the help request to "software engineering." Apparently, Software
Engineering says that priority for issues like this depends on how
many
libraries are affected. We are therefore wondering if anyone else has
had a similar problem.

Thank you,
Lisa
