Do you have an entry for OVID in your WAM table?

Subject: WebSPIRS5 WAM Problem

Hi,

We are planning on changing from WebSPIRS4 to WebSPIRS5. The links we
have all work with WebSPIRS4 and the WAM. WebSPIRS5 works directly but
not from the WAM. At one point we were timing out, but now we login and
it appears to work, we choose databases and then execute a search. Next
thing you know OVID says you are not logged in. Same error on different
computers IE, Netscape 4.7 Netscape 7.2 and Firfox 1.0.

WAM Access TABLE

1 > Token WebSPIRS
2 > IP Address/Host Name *.silverplatter.com
3 > Port 80
4 > Service Level 0
5 > Verify 3
6 > Valid Patron Types 0-3,5-7,12,15-17
7 > Valid Patron Home Libs
8 > Database Identifier
9 > Database Name webspirs

1 > Token WebSPIR5
2 > IP Address/Host Name 192.80.71.14
...same...

If you have any ideas... OVID says our proxy is dropping the connection.
One strange thing is WebSPIRS5 with CPI (Christian Periodical Index)
works with the WAM just fine.

Thank you
