Here at Leeds we are having horrendous problems with courtesy notices.
They are being sent to people whose books are not due for weeks because
they've already renewed them, and in many cases, returned them, often
weeks prior to the notice being sent out. Also, notices are not being
sent for renewed books whose date is falling within our parameters set
for courtesy notices. As a result of all this mess we have had to
suspend courtesy notices until III sort it out, but the problem has been
going on since September. Is anyone else experiencing anything similar?
