Colleagues
Our library is migrating to Millennium as an integrated system. We have had INNOPAC (for acq/ser/fin) and DRA for the OPAC and Circulation. My question relates to the pros and cons of cleaning up data prior to or after migration. For example, we are trying to provide matchpoints for our serials records and our cataloged monographic records by adding the OCLC number to the INNOPAC database. My boss is questioning the value of this effort. So, for those of you who might have gone through this process, what are the advantages / disadvantages of waiting until after migration to clean up the records?

Thank you very much for any advice or perspectives you can share.
