Hello,
I asked this of our implementation team since we are still going
through that however I thought it couldn't hurt to ask here also. Some
of our patrons are unable to place holds on items in our catalog. The
Patron records are not expired, and the Patron Type is allowed to put
things on hold. It seems as though it doesn't matter how many holds
they have the system thinks that is the maximum allowed. What do you
all think?
