Good Silver Upgrade

In the past several months, I have noticed users staying that their 
libraries had trouble upgrading to Millennium or it too a long time.  So 
I wanted to let you guys know how our Silver upgrade went.

We started Phase 1 at 8:40a and it was finished at 10:30a.  (This phase 
took longer then it has in the past.)
We started the actual upgrade at 5:45p.
We did a backup before rebooting the server for upgrade
We finished the Silver upgrade at 6:50p (This last phase didn't take as 
along as it did in the past.)
Millennium took a one minute for each jar file to download.
We then copied all the files from C:\Millennium\jardir to the rest of 
computers that had Millennium.
We setup some users authorizations (7 users).
We finished at 7:45p.
Next day we finished the new authorizations for the rest of the staff.
