Holdings not displaying in some AVS results?

Hi, everyone.  I'm wondering if anyone out there has experienced or is
experiencing similar OPAC results as follows: 

In our OPAC, if we try to do certain advanced searches using three search
terms, we get brief results as usual, but then when we try to view the full
bib displays, the displays will not load all the way.  The holdings info
will not display, just the bib data. This only happens with AVS searches,
not other types, and only sometimes, not always.  Very strange behavior! We
are able to replicate the problem consistently using specific known searches
that are reported by staff and users, but beyond the fact that the specific
searches we know about have three terms, we can't really see a pattern yet
that's obvious.  

We are on Phase 3 still, but I didn't find this listed as a "known issue"
for either Phase 3 or Silver.  We submitted this problem to III a while ago,
so we're hoping that someone out there may be able to advise us. Thanks for
