Hi Aine,

Its a bit hard to tell what is going wrong with patron things when we can't login.
Anyway general suggestions would be:

1. Check that the Patron and Logout tokens are in the pages and on separate lines.

<!--{patron}-->

<!--{logout}-->

2. Have you changed the image?
Check that the image is in the right place, and you know exactly what the name is
(we tend to always call the new button by the same name)

3. Make sure the button defined in your wwwoptions
BUT_PLOGOUT=/screens/patronrecord.gif
BUT_RET2PREC=/screens/patronrecord.gif

And if all else fails, check the Manual - Page # 101257

regards
Susan

Hello,
Can anyone help me please? The button that a patron clicks from the
catalogue to return to their patron record is missing. It used to work.
A patron would log into their patron record, and use the link within it
to search the catalogue. There is a red text stating that so and so is
logged in, but there used to be a return to patron record button. It is
missing, yet it is defined in my www options. Thank you.
