Time commitment for upgrade to Millennium?

Hi,

We are (finally) going to be upgrading from text-based to Millennium 
this winter.  I have been asked to find out approximately how much 
time will be required of our staff in all aspects of the conversion.  
Everything from planning, configuring, cleaning up old 
system/database, implementing new, training, etc. etc.  Note that I 
am talking about our staff, not time spent by III staff.

Anyone who has been trough it like to take a stab at all or a portion 
of it?
