I believe the correct noun is Innopacians. This is not to be confused with Millennics or The Inno-people (remember they had that big hit in the 80s...YMCA).
For hopefully a more worthwhile discussion of the problem, please see below --

1 - When viewing outstanding holds in Millennium Circulation, the call number of the item does not display. It does in the telnet (character-based) mode, and our staff have found that quite useful. Is there a way for us to have the call number display in Millennium holds? I have not yet been able to find anything referring to this in the manual.
NOTE: When I view outstanding holds in Milcirc, I can see the Call Number for both bib level and item level holds. This shows up under the title in the description column. This means that the call number cannot be sorted since clicking on the description header will sort by title. When you hold the mouse over the entry in the View Outstanding Holds, it will show the title and the call number if the text is longer than what will display. If it is not showing up, I would contact the helpdesk and ask them to take a look at it. For us, the call number displays in both the LC and Local call number index and shows "No Call Number" when there is none. So it is working well for us.
2 - When our staff tried to print out a single hold request, the system printed the entire file of over 600. Is there a way to get just one to print?
NOTE: Better management of printing these reports was suggested last year as an enhancement, but I do not believe it made the ballot. I would suggest submitting it again. In the meanwhile, I have one idea that could work. You could limit the report to a particular location and date to limit the number of entries. Then you can send it to the email printer and only take the slice that you want. It is not ideal, but it could be a way to move in that direction for now. If you right click on an entry, you can print the whole table and search for terms. I was hoping that you could choose print this entry.
I think that this would be a great enhancement suggestion for this current cycle.
Hope this helps --
