See Page # 105262 in the manual (although some of the descriptions aren't
terribly illuminating). The best bet for figuring out what's what is to
look at the appropriate source code and relate it to what displays. For
example, the manual indicates that the class "resourceResource" appears in
screens for resource displays; check the source code of a resource display
screen for occurences of class="resourceResource" to see precisely where
the HTML element with the class is.
