Greetings everyone,
First let me thank each of you that sent information to us regarding your
experience with patron placed holds. This truly is one of the best listservs
in the profession, made so by the generosity of the members.
Secondly, we are in the middle of budget negotiations with our County. Once
this yearly torture session is over, we will be compiling all of the results
and posting them on the listserv.
I appreciate the many, many inquires from interested parties and sorry if I
have not been able to personally respond to all of you. A LOT of people are
interested in this issue. Please be on the lookout for the survey results
within the next two weeks.
