Return to patron record button

Hello, 
Can anyone help me please? The button that a patron clicks from the
catalogue to return to their patron record is missing. It used to work.
A patron would log into their patron record, and use the link within it
to search the catalogue. There is a red text stating that so and so is
logged in, but there used to be a return to patron record button. It is
missing, yet it is defined in my www options. Thank you.
