- Subject: Saved notices file not working
Hello,
We began using the new saved notices files after we migrated to Silver.
Today, we discovered that using them hasn't been working and I am unable to
determine why.
When we ran our hold pickup notices this morning, we came up with an empty
file. But since we knew there were books on the holdshelf, we ran the
notices again using the "new" command instead of using the saved file. Lo
and behold, we came up with 48 holds, some as old as 7 days. We had been
running these notices all week and were coming up with some but not all of
the books on hold for the same location.
Has anyone else experienced this problem?
