We have been in contact with III to see if there was a possibility of
moving up our server upgrade which is currently scheduled for February,
but have been told that they are booked solid, and are currently booking
into July 2005.  As an alternative, they do offer a "self-install"
option
which means that we do the installation, but work with them on the
details.

Have any other sites taken advantage of this option, and if so, could
you
provide us with details on your experience.....positives, negatives,
technical knowledge required, length of time installation took, etc.
