Well it looks like I did have the right shortcut key with CTRL-t.
However it seems to freeze up when I use it. Let's say I have 6 tabs. It
may let me go forward through all but sometimes will only work for a
couple. Once I get to the end and want to head back SHIFT-CTRL-t it go
nowhere.

I even tried going forward one, OK, back one, OK, but then once again
go nowhere.

So...if no one else seems to have this problem, I'm assuming it is a
problem with the PC.

No, I think it's Millennium. The behavior of Ctrl-t is really inconsistent in our system---I can go forward and backwards only if Ctrl-t is my first action after the record is brought up, or if the cursor is in a field in an item or order record, or if I'm not at the far left or right tab, or I stamp the ground and spin around twice.
