I have two questions that are completely unrelated to each other, but I'm hoping the collective wisdom of the group can enlighten me!
1. We are running Millennium Silver, but still have a few text based computers upstairs that patrons use in the library. On the text based machines, when a patron looks up Morningstar, there is no message giving the date of the latest issue. But that message is there in the Webopac. I've looked all over the Serials module and can't figure out how to make it appear for Morningstar. It appears for Value Line (in both webopac and text-based). Any help at all will be greatly appreciated!
2. My second question is regarding Syndetics Solutions. We are ready to contract with them to add enhancements to our catalog (book jackets, author bios, table of contents, etc.) Any words of wisdom before I get started? Things I need to pay attention to, change in our system, etc.? It just seems too easy to expect that it's only a matter of loading it in and having it run seamlessly without a hitch!
