Star TSP700 Series Receipt Printers

I am trying to install 3 Star receipt printers.  I have setup the
printers and they are connected to the PC by USB cables.  I am
running Silver and the PCs are running Windows 98SE.  I added the
printer under the circulation login, restarted both Millennium
and the Web servers, but I do not see the Star as a printing
choice.  I set it up as "local".  I looked at the manual and
could not find directions.  I have also checked CS Direct's FAQs,
etc., as well as opened a call with the helpdesk.  Anyone using
these receipt printers who can tell me where I should be looking
for setup directions?    Thanks, Joanne.
