Jeff,

You might have the Help Desk check if Request Processing has stopped. If
so, you need to get it restarted post haste. You may need to look over bib
level holds placed recently and, where there are Available items to which
the bib level hold has not yet jumped, cancel and place the hold over
again.

Note that anyone who has been trained for ASAA can restart Request
Processing by going to the Request Rule Table and hitting the Save button,
assuming that nothing deeper in the system is at issue.
