Fellow Innovative Users,
We are on release 2002 - Phase3 and have recently ( since
mid-September) experienced several problems with e-reserves. We're
not sure if they are related in any way.

We can no longer access URL's from e-reserves such as
www.constitution.com. We get the message "undefined."
We can no longer print screens by using a right mouse click or the print
icon in our browser. The error message that we receive is :
Internet explorer script error
Line:1344
Char: 1
Error: Invalid procedure call or argument

To our knowledge, we have not made changes to the system? Can
anyone tell from the error message if this could be due to the nightly
updates that we get from Microsoft? Has anyone else experienced this
problem?

We also have another "possibly" related problem with a database that
we would like to restrict by course passwording. We would also like
to authenticate for remote access. The strange thing is that we get
the "undefined" message on campus, but we are able to access remotely
when we have to authenticate.
We would appreciate any insight that anyone has on any of these
problems. Thank you.
