Right now, I'm only getting about 20-40 a day or so (overdues, fines, and
courtesy notices). But we're a small university, so this works well for us.
Having the e-mail notices copied to an e-mail account may fill up an e-mail
account quickly. However, you could create an e-mail account for the sole
purpose of keeping these copied notices, and then just archive them once a
week or month or however often is deemed necessary.

About how many do you get? I'm getting between 300 - 500 that are sent
to the printer.

You could have it automatically send you (or someone else) a CC: of the
notices sent. This is what we do so that we have a record of what
notices
were sent when.

Jim,
We use auto notices for our Level 1 overdues and I can't think of a way
to
get this statistic now that it runs unattended. A crude way would be to
use Create Lists. I don't think you really want to go there.
