I am at a member library of a consortium just gone live on Silver. We
have been doing a lot of cleanup and rearranging of records since going
live. I feel pretty comfortable using create lists and updates, but I'm
stumped with this problem. I'm sure there is a simple way to do this
that I just have not learned and hope someone can help.

Our old DRA/SIRSI Classic system retained previous IDs (barcodes). When
we migrated patron records, some members wanted to retain that
information so it was placed in an additional barcode field. We have no
need for those numbers and would like them removed. They appear in the
"b" field with the 14-digit barcode followed by a space and the words
"Previous ID". Obviously, there is also a current barcode in another
"b" field that we have to retain, so I can not delete all barcode
fields. We have created a list of all the records containing barcodes
with "Previous ID" in them; there are about 3500 records. How do I
specify the data in the command so that I only delete the fields
containing "Previous ID"?

Thanks for any help.
