Subject: MeSH Subjects
Hello,
After a recent III training, a problem presented itself and I'm curious
about procedures at other health science libraries.
Being new, I'm finally ready to address authority control with our
catalog. I was told that I cannot get MeSH subject headings from OCLC.
I've only ever used OCLC for name and subject headings and if I can't
use this, what are my options? Is there a way to connect with NLM?
I'm not even sure authority work has ever been done here so I'm at a
loss with where to start. That said, it was suggested that I contact
this list for its collective knowledge.
Thank you,
Arthur
