RE: MilCirc crashes/freezes

Well, I've been struggling with a similar problem for the year I've been
here at Pima.  We're still on Phase 3 but have the same thing happening at
one campus.  I've tried everything, drug every one I could into this, ducked
lots of finger pointing and dodging, had phone calls with my IT and III,
checked machines, memory, spy ware, networking, swapped with machines that I
know worked elsewhere, all to no avail.  I guess the next step is to get a
black cat bone and eye of newt to try a little voodoo.  I'm not happy to
know I can expect more of the same after the upgrade.

MilCirc is frequently crashing/freezing, several times a day. There are no
particular circumstances when it happens.
Is anybody experiencing this? Any thoughts or suggestions?
Other modules seem to be working OK. 
We are on the Millennium Silver 1.0 release.
We are using Dell PCs with Pentium 4 (1.7 GHz) and 256 MB RAM.
The help desk has not been able to do or suggest anything.
