Hello Bob,
Yes, we have experienced something similar since upgrading to Silver. We
have 16 locations and each of them have reported an increase in crashes. I
was on site yesterday when Millennium locked up on one machine.
The program did not freeze completely, which is what I thought was happening
from the reports I was getting. What I found was the tabs in the patron
field would respond, the menus in the menu bar would respond, but you could
take no further actions.
I reported this to III about three weeks ago but have heard nothing since. I
have also forwarded to them a capture file showing the java code in the
console after Millennium freezes.
