It has been consistently crashing for us when the first item checked
out has a value in the imessage field.

We are on the Millennium Silver 1.0 release.
We are using Dell PCs with Pentium 4 (1.7 GHz) and 256 MB RAM.
The help desk has not been able to do or suggest anything.
