When the tokens don't show up, are you testing it from the Innovative
server or locally?
We here at CCA have also just discussed creating a pverify2_web.html
page. We've been having trouble accessing ArtStor remotely and
yesterday we troubleshooted the problem down to the Web Access
Management Patron Verification Form. So maybe by creating a customized
form instead of using the one which is created dynamically by the
Innovative Server, it might fix the connection problem.
Anyways, back to your problem.........last year I updated our
pverify_web.html, which is the "View Your Own Account" page, and I did
not use the tokens suggested in the manual. Before we created a
pverify_web.html page, the patroninfo page was created dynamically. To
create a customized version, I copied the coding from the dynamically
created patroninfo page, which was written up in html and javascript,
and used straight html to change the styles, text, etc.. And the page
worked from the server w/o the use of the Innovative tokens, which I
think are slowly becoming a thing of the past. I'm going to try and
use that method w/the pverify2_web.html page. Hope this helps.
