Hello, 

Are most libraries using issues and returns via Self Check?

We have noticed on the returns end, if a student has reached the maximum
check out e.g. 4 and returns all their books on self check but then tries to
check out new books immediately, they cannot. However, the same patron can
check them out on our 2nd self issue (used only for issuing) or even at the
desk where staff are located. We have opened a call with Innovative and 3M
but would welcome your views.
