Don (and others who replied),
Thank you very much for the information. We will have to figure out how
to work within these restrictions. I find it very confusing that you can
clear entries from the report in Millennium but the entries are still in
text-based. You can clear groups of entries using Millennium but not
text-based.
It's Friday and it's time to go home and not think about it until Monday.
