'Afternoon-
Campus wide looking at who has access to SSNs; III shows SSN in record view/edit screen. Any way to supress the SSN field so that workstudy desk staff can edit records without seeing it? Nothing obvious in manual or system. Alternatively, *any* fields in patron record that can be supressed- we could move existing SSNs to another field.
We do not use SSN as primary ID, but as duplicate check, and as a check ID for non-student patrons, of which we have a great many.
