I haven't had any problems using Ghost on Windows XP machines with
Millennium once I started doing this when creating a new image:

- Install Millennium as a local administrator, select the "use by all"
option during install
- Run Millennium as the local administrator in order to populate the
jardir and resources directories
- Change the permissions on the jardir and resources directories to
grant Modify and Write access to the Users group. The permissions on the
Millennium parent directory and jre and UninstallerData directories
should not need to be changed.
- I use the Advanced security dialog to replace the permissions on the
all child objects

Then I run sysprep and create the images...
