What Sheryl said about permissions for everyone is very true. There is a clause or prompt that requires you to specify if you want to make the application available to all users on the computer. If you did not specify that during the first installation, nobody else will be able to use it except the profile that installed it. Since this is a ghost image it will be almost impossible for anybody to use the application on the computer. Your best bet is to clean out the Millennium client, delete the folders from your programs file and do a fresh install.

If each user has their own User Profile on the pc, you might need to
make sure that 'everyone' has permissions to the icon. I know it is
something I have had to do on Windows XP installations.
