Hi:
I had similar experience a couple of years ago, and I have never since tried to re-image another machine with the Millennium software. What I do is to create a new image with current operating system, office and other applications without the Millenium software installed. Once the image is captured and stored, I use it as my base Ghost image. I only install Millennium once the machine has been ghosted with the basic ghost image. I've never had the same problem again.
My suggestions:
Using the control panel Add/Remove Program, remove the Java run environment and all millennium components.
Download the new JRE install from CS Direct
Do a fresh millennium install and restart the machine. Hopefully, it will launch this time.
Once you have the InvocationTargetException error, you have to completely uninstall the software application, remove all of its folders from the hard drive, shut down and restart the machine. Then, you do a fresh install.
