Thank you for responding.  Yes, I do get this box and I should have made 
the request a little more specific. I don't want to list a range of records 
I want to search for a specific department.  After I get the 1st prompt 
"Limit listing to a particular subset of records? (y/n)" and I hit yes then 
I get this prompt "Print BIBLIOGRAPHIC records that satisfy the following 
conditions" and I can change that to my order record and specify department 
= art.  We have figured out we can open a new list and get this 
information, but that takes up another list. I was very surprised that we 
would lose this functionality to do it within a list.
