Brian,

We have had a couple of printing problems since our Silver upgrade,
including one with a HP1300n.  The fix for us was to change the driver.  The
helpdesk informed us that the PCL6 driver would not work so we loaded a PCL
5 driver and that has fixed our problem.

We have HP1300 printers setup in our library and use them with MilCirc.
We had no problems with the printers until we upgraded to MilSilver.
After the upgrade, we had a major problem with the MilCirc client
locking up anytime you try and print.  As a workaround, we setup the
printers to use an HP1100 print driver which seems to work ok.  We have
reported this to III and have not received a response as to what might
be causing this.
