Your telnet main menu should include "ORDERING and receiving 
subsystem." From there you will choose "ADDITIONAL ordering and 
receiving functions," and then "Financial functions."

Your best bet and first path is probably to contact the III 
Helpdesk. Sometimes they do not have your menu set up with all 
possibilities until you request specifically that they do it. So 
if you cannot do O>A>F from your main menu, ask them.
