We've done it more that once on products and except for the occassional
missing of removing a menu item is been trouble free

About five years ago we purchased the Electronic Ordering product from
Innovative.  In all that time we have yet to use it and are now
considering de-installing it so as to save on the monthly maintenance.
Ordering has really evolved in that time and we find we do most of it
now via web forms.  Somehow, though, de-installing leaves me feeling
hesitant.  Anyone have any words of wisdom?
