Printing problems--XP SP2 and Silver

In our neverending quest to make our lives here interesting, we upgraded to
Silver the same week that our IT dept. released XP SP2 on our network.

We subsequently had some issues with printing from Millennium for several of
our staff members.  I opened a call with III and was lucky enough to speak
with a systems expert who was handling initial calls.  He told me to update
the printer drivers for the affected printers/staff members' PC's.  This
fixed the problem.

Whether this is a problem with XP SP2 by itself, I am unsure, but if you do
have problems with printing, get the latest printer drivers as your first
response.
